The appliance of SANGRÁ has 2 years warranty. In the event of damage, after checking that it was not due to misuse, loss or breakage manufacturing fault will proceed to change it with new or similar characteristics.

15 / Right to resend goods and retraction period

In accordance with the provisions of Art.44 of the Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the retail trade, the customer (consumers or users are only considered natural or legal persons who purchase, use or enjoy the product as final recipients) will be entitled to request the revocation of the order within seven days of receipt thereof, after notifying SANGRÁ HAIR INTERNATIONAL, SA within that period for the establishment of appropriate return channels (copy of delivery note / invoice, original packaging, return number and delivery address form and return shipping), with the only refund of the product price paid.
