The Monofilament technique is made on a transparent net where hair is implanted one by one, by hand, in order to, simulate the hair-roots on the scalp. Wigs have the monofilament on the upper part so that the scalp can be shown through, offering a natural look.

Monofilament is the ideal system for chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments as well as chronic alopecia caused by different reasons. This kind of net system provides a much more effective transpiration than other machine made wigs. The monofilament wigs allow combing the hair to any preferred style.
